PRIVACY POLICY AND REQUEST FOR CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
Pursuant to article 13 of Legislative Decree 30.6.2003 n. 196 and pursuant to article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council.

we wish to inform you that your personal data (Name, Surname, Email, Phone Number,
etc.) will be treated in compliance with the principles of correctness, lawfulness, and transparency,
protecting your privacy and your rights.

2. Purpose of Data Processing
The personal data that will be requested from you will be processed for the following purposes:
- Invoicing;
- Administrative and commercial communications;
- Sales relations;
- Contractual requirements and related tax and legal obligations;
- To effectively manage financial and intercurrent relationships with our Company.
3. Methods of Data Processing
The processing of your personal data is carried out by means of the operations indicated in Article 4 comma 1 letter a) of Legislative Decree no. 196/03 ("Privacy Code") and Article 4 No. 2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR") and precisely: collection, recording, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, cancellation, and destruction of data. Your personal data is subjected to both paper and electronic and/or automated processing.
4. Timing
The data will be processed for the entire duration of the existing relationships and also subsequently for the fulfilment of all legal obligations, as well as for future statistical, commercial, and internal control purposes.
5. Refusal to Provide Data
Any refusal by the data subject to provide personal data could result in the failure to continue existing relationships.
6. Communication of Data
Without prejudice to communications or disseminations carried out in execution of legal obligations or secondary or community legislation or by contractually established obligations, the data may be communicated in Italy to persons appointed by the Data Controller to perform services connected to existing contractual relationships. Furthermore, as data processors or persons in charge of processing, the following categories of subjects may become aware of the data: administrative, legal, and tax consultants; IT consultants; employees and collaborators; members of Corporate Bodies; Credit Institutions.
7. Rights of the Data Subject
Pursuant to Article 7 of the Privacy Code and Article 15 of the GDPR, the data subject has the right to:
- Obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning them, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in intelligible form;
- Obtain the indication:
- of the origin of the personal data;
- of the purposes and methods of the processing;
- of the logic applied in case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;
- of the identification details of the owner, of the managers, and of the designated representative pursuant to Article 5, comma 2 of the Privacy Code and Article 3, comma 1, GDPR;
- of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative in the territory of the State, managers, or agents;
- Obtain:
- updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data;
- the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form, or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those that do not need to be kept for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
- certification to the effect that the operations as per letters a) and b) have been notified, as also related to their contents, to the entities to whom or which the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared with the right that is to be protected;
- Object, in whole or in part:
- for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning them, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection;
- to the processing of personal data concerning them for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
